Digital Operators and Light Techs in Germany often don't have and don't use terms of service. Often times this causes problems when problems with clients occur or difficult situations need to be handled. Every tech in Germany should use proper Terms of Service to act professional and has good legal grounds when problems with clients occur.

Together with our laywers we created these terms of service (german law only) as well as a rental agreement for everyone who wants some more security when it comes to dealing with clients and production companies.
